Tournament Requirements

The Number of Players must be confirmed 2 days in advance. This is the minimum you will be billed for.

  • There must be a MINIMUM of 120 players to have a shotgun start on weekends or holidays.
  • Additional play may be booked with your group if a full tournament field is not provided.
  • Tax exempt groups must provide a form with their tax exempt # in advance

Food Service Options

Castlewoods Country Club is pleased to offer a large, back deck ideal for pre and post-round gatherings. Food service is offered daily with special menu options available for outings upon advance request.

We have the capability to serve complete meals ranging from Box Lunches to Steak Dinners cooked on our premises. Please note that the selections below include a beverage and a dessert. There will be a 17% gratuity added for all Food and Beverage purchases.

Corkage Fees for Donated or Catered Food

  • Only charities or food & beverage groups my have food donated or catered.
  • Any donated drinks must be brands that Castlewoods Country Club sells. These brands include: Pepsi products, Coke Products, Miller Lite, Miller Genuine Draft, Bud, Bud Light, Coors and Coors Light.
  • If you have beverages donated by an outside source for your event, the corkage fee is 1 for 4, for every 4 cases of product you received free, Castlewoods Country Club gets one.
  • If beer is brought on the course, the event coordinator is responsible for obtaining a one day beer permit for the day the event is being held.
  • If you have food brought in from an outside source we ask that you include enough food for the staff and employees working the event. This is usually about 5 to 7 people.
  • The food & Beverage Manager must approve all caterers.
  • Clean up for all catered meals must be provided by the tournament group. Castlewoods Country Club will gladly clean up after your catered meal for a $50.00 fee.
  • Your tournament personnel may operate a beverage cart, however they must sign a waiver.
  • A gratuity of 17% will be added for the staff employee that loads the beverage cart for any outing regardless of who drives the cart.

    We want to ensure your outing is a success, so if you would like additional ideas or menu suggestions, please feel free to call the Food and Beverage Manager.
    • The number of people for food must be confirmed seven (7) days in advance. This is the minimum amount you will be billed for
    • It is a requirement that the number of meals purchased be no less than the number of players in the tournament.

Entrees

Continental Breakfast   Doughnuts, Danish or Sausage Biscuits, With Orange Juice and a Coffee Station. $5.75 per person plus tax and gratuity
Box Style Lunch   Turkey or Ham Sandwich with Cheese, Bag of Chips, Cookie and Fountain Soda,. $7.50 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Grilled Hamburger   Grilled Hamburger with Bun, Cheese tray, Condiments tray, lettuce, onions, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Potato Chips, Cookie and Ice Tea & Coffee. $10.00 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Grilled Chicken Luncheon   same as above $1.00 more per person.
Old Fashion "Deli" Buffet   Baked ham and Smoked Turkey, Swiss and American Cheese, Potato Chips, Lettuce, Tomato, A bread, Dessert, Iced Tea and Coffee. $8.50 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Ribeye Steaks   Please contact the Food and Beverage Manager for pricing on Steaks and Ribs.
